Principal's Message

Welcome to Welch Middle School — Home of the Wolf Pack!

It is an honor to serve as Principal of Welch Middle School. I am excited about the opportunities ahead as we continue Building the Pack Together and creating a school community where every student is challenged, supported, and empowered to succeed.

At Welch, we believe that high expectations, strong instruction, meaningful relationships, and consistent support are essential to student achievement. Our faculty and staff are committed to providing rigorous learning experiences while creating a safe, structured, and welcoming environment where students can grow academically, socially, and personally.

Our work extends beyond the classroom. We want our students to develop the confidence, character, leadership skills, and perseverance necessary to be successful in high school, college, careers, and life. Every student deserves adults who believe in their potential and are committed to helping them reach it.

Families and community members are essential members of our Wolf Pack. I encourage you to remain connected, communicate with our teachers and staff, participate in campus activities, and partner with us throughout the school year. When our students, families, educators, and community work together, there is no limit to what we can accomplish.

As we move forward, we will remain focused on student achievement, excellent instruction, a positive campus culture, and continuous improvement. We will celebrate our successes, learn from our challenges, and continue raising the standard of excellence at Welch Middle School.
