Here are the requirements for Registration

• ​​​​​​​Proof of Address/Utility bill or Statement of Residence
• Current Parent or Guardian Photo ID
• Birth Certificate (child)
• Social Security Card (child)
• Current Immunization Records (child)
• Last Report Card with Current Grade Level
• ARD/SPED/504 Documentation (if applicable)
